The logo has two parts: text and icon.
These parts are inseparable and together they form the complete structure of the logo. Please use only the standard versions of the logo as seen on this website.
Do not separate the two parts of the logo.
Any changes or additions to the logo are strictly prohibited and will harm the unified brand of the Hebrew University.
The logo must always appear on a white background.
The logo has been designed to incorporate text in Hebrew and in English, in different variations.
Layout 1: HorizontalThe horizontal logo is the primary University logo. This logo should be used wherever possible. The horizontal logo comes in two versions: in Hebrew (with the icon to the right of the text), and in English (with the icon to the left of the text). The aspect ratio and the distance between the text and the icon are fixed. Use the logo as one unit and do not separate or rearrange the constituent parts. Download the logo here |

The colored logo appears on a white background, called the "sterile area," which has defined and clear boundaries. This footprint, posing as a bounding box around the logo, should be kept clear and free of additional elements, to maintain the logo's visibility as a separate element.

Layout 2: VerticalUse this logo wherever a vertical version fits. The vertical logo comes in four versions: two for Hebrew, and two for English. Please use the correct version for each language according to your needs. The aspect ratio and the distance between the text and the icon are fixed. Use the logo as one unit and do not separate or rearrange the constituent parts. Download the logo here |

Grayscale logoThe black and white University logo, as shown here on the right, should be used on a colored surface, for example on a manila envelope. There are both vertical and horizontal versions.
